Gosh! I wonder if I'd be allowed to drive the Cal Mac ferry from Dunoon? Maybe it's only bears who are allowed to have such fun. I have a bear hiding somewhere in my house - his name is Moses ...should I look for him?

Spencer is a lucky bear. Mrs Macdonald emailed Hugh Dan McLennan, at Cal mac and he knew that my friend Spencer would like that and told the Captain. I was driving the Tiree ferry last year and he thought he would like to try driving a big boat. I think you should find Moses....and bring him to see me when I am at Tighnabruaich. I am going on the ferry with Mrs MacDonald from Tarbert tomorrow. She'll need to helpme with my seat belt though.

It was very exciting and high up. The captain and crew were very nice and let me drive the ferry for a while. Mrs Macdonald felt a bit seasick away up there but I was fine. Moses would like it on a ferry. Have you found him yet? Me and Campbell played hide and seek at Mrs Moffat's house and got stickers at Woolworths. I went to Castlehill school for the day and can't wait to go back on Monday to see my new friends.

I've found Moses! He was hiding in a Victorian tin trunk - one that a maid would use to keep her things in when she was in her employer's house.I'll try to post a picture of him on my flickr photostream - maybe Mrs Moffat can help you to find it.

Moses' photo is now to be found at flickr - you can copy it if you want to. I took photos of some other bears yesterday - they live with my son in Leith.
